Aaron Gadway
Associate Broker- Founder of Gadway Realty, started in property management in 1976, with over 20 years of experience in sales. Having grown up in the Adirondacks, I have a vast knowledge of the region.
As a Father and Grandfather, I love nothing more than engaging my family in the natural beauty of our region.
Current and past community affiliations include St. Mary’s Church, Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Chamber of Commerce, Adirondack Mt Antique Show, & Adirondack Moose Fest.

Cindy Gadway
Administrative Specialist - Involved in real estate sales for more than 20 years, and a former Associate Broker.
Supporter of the kids fishing derby, and the adopt-a-highway program. When not in the office, time is spent looking out for her family, hobbies includes family outings, traveling and reading good books.

Amanda Gadway
Broker - 2nd generation Realtor since 2002, with a bachelor’s degree from Utica College of Syracuse University. Amanda enjoys sharing her passion for the Adirondacks and local knowledge. She is an Adirondack Native who grew up in Indian Lake and currently resides in Riparius. When not working on real estate she can be found hiking and paddling with her rescue dog Annie.

Jeff Lemelson
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson - Jeff grew up in the Adirondacks and has always had a love for the area. He graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh, and his sales management experience has given him a unique perspective on the needs of homeowners and invaluable contacts with local contractors. In his spare time he enjoys playing music with his band Big Time Kitty. He also loves spending time at home with his girlfriend Allison and their dog and cat, Kate and Penny.
