Associate Broker- Founder of Gadway Realty, started in property management in 1976, with over 20 years of experience in sales. Having grown up in the Adirondacks, I have a vast knowledge of the region.
As a Father and Grandfather, I love nothing more than engaging my family in the natural beauty of our region.

Administrative Specialist - Involved in real estate sales for more than 20 years, and a former Associate Broker.
Supporter of the kids fishing derby, and the adopt-a-highway program. When not in the office, time is spent looking out for her family, hobbies includes family outings, traveling and reading good books.

Amanda Gadway
Broker - With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Amanda is a trusted broker who brings both expertise and a deep-rooted connection to the Adirondacks. A second-generation realtor, Amanda has been serving clients since 2002, offering a unique blend of professionalism and local knowledge. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Utica College of Syracuse University, further enhancing her ability to navigate the real estate market with insight and precision.
As an Adirondack native, born and raised in Indian Lake and now residing in Riparius. Her passion for the area, paired with her extensive local knowledge, allows her to offer clients an insider’s perspective when buying or selling properties in the Adirondacks.
When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Amanda enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her dogs Annie and Daisy or unwinding with a book. Amanda’s love for the Adirondacks is more than just a career – it’s her lifestyle.

Jeff Lemelson
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson- A lifelong Adirondack resident, Jeff has a deep-rooted love and appreciation for the region’s natural beauty and close-knit communities. Jeff graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh, where he built a strong foundation in both academics and community involvement. With extensive experience in sales management, he brings a unique perspective to real estate—offering not only an understanding of the needs of homeowners but also valuable connections with trusted local contractors, ensuring his clients have the support they need throughout the buying or selling process.
When he’s not assisting clients, Jeff can be found playing music with his band, Big Time Kitty, or enjoying downtime at home with his girlfriend, Allison, and their two beloved pets, Kate (the dog) and Penny (the cat).
